U.S. Claims

The language of these claims is precisely crafted to reflect accurately the statistics behind them, so it is critical that you not alter the wording in any way, except as explicitly indicated here. Use these claims, with the understanding that some of them will be updated as new data becomes available.

  • Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX.
  • RE/MAX agents worldwide sell more real estate than any other brand.
  • RE/MAX is the most productive real estate network in the world.
    (With the market share claims above, always use the footnote “As measured by residential transaction sides.”)
  • RE/MAX agents have the experience to get the job done in today's market.
  • RE/MAX agents average more sales than other real estate agents.
  • RE/MAX agents have more real estate sales experience than other real estate agents.
  • Among the country's largest real estate brokerages, RE/MAX agents continue to outperform the competition in both transaction sides and sales volume, on average.
