Since its launch in 2024, Lead Concierge has helped REMAX® agents convert leads into more than 500 closed transactions1, generated from leads that might have otherwise gone untapped. The Lead Concierge team monitors leads from remax.com and acts fast, routing both REMAX and non-REMAX leads. REMAX leads are offered to the listing agent, who has two hours to accept before the lead goes back to Lead Concierge. Once warmed and ready, the listing agent will be offered the lead again. Non-REMAX leads are warmed before they’re assigned round-robin style to a participating agent. On average, participating agents have accepted nearly three warmed leads since the program’s launch and over 26,000 leads have been deemed eligible for agents through the program.1
Agents who have trusted the Lead Concierge team to provide them with qualified leads tend to outperform their peers. In fact, those agents have earned $31,000 more in commissions on average than those who haven’t used Lead Concierge.2 Still on the fence about opting in? How Lead Concierge Works
“Speed to lead” is a crucial component of how Lead Concierge operates. Consumers want a quick response and you risk them moving on if they don’t hear back in a timely manner. Lead Concierge helps facilitate that process by responding to lead inquiries almost immediately, making sure they don’t get neglected. Then, once warmed and qualified, they’re passed right into your hands. If you close, you pay a 30% referral fee; if you don’t close, you don’t pay!
Updates Coming to Lead Concierge
The Lead Concierge program is rolling out several new features to further enhance the agent experience and cater to personal lead preferences. Agents who are opted into the program can now expect more detailed emails about the lead itself such as their search area and price range.3
Currently, if an agent declines a lead in any price range through Lead Concierge, it will be routed to another agent; however, they may continue to receive comparable leads in the future. In 2026, agents will be able to customize their lead preferences to better align with their business. More details coming soon!
