Appreciate Plan Replaces Gold Plan

In August 2025, REMAX launched the REMAX Appreciate Plan, an optional pilot program designed to provide an attractive fee structure for eligible agents.

As announced at the time, the Gold Plan closed to new enrollments as of December 31, 2025.

Broker/Owners with agents enrolled in the Gold Plan may allow those agents to remain on the plan and continue under the Gold Plan fee structure, provided they continue to meet the annual qualification requirements.

Agents are eligible for the Appreciate Plan if they:

• Are 70 years of age or older
• Have been (or were) affiliated with the REMAX system for at least 10 cumulative years
• Are not a team leader

For each agent participating in the Appreciate Plan (an “Appreciate Sales Associate”):

• Franchisees are not required to pay the Component One Continuing Franchise Fee or Marketing Fund fee
• In place of those fees, franchisees will pay:
  • A revised Component Two Continuing Franchise Fee of 5% of gross commissions, and
  • A $100 fee per closed transaction side handled by each Appreciate Sales Associate
• Appreciate Sales Associates pay reduced Annual Dues of $99 per year

Large Team Cap Program Closes

This notice also serves as a reminder that the Large Team Cap Program, the pilot program launched in April 2024, closed to new enrollments on December 31, 2025 as scheduled.

Teams that qualified for and enrolled in the Large Team Cap Program prior to December 31, 2025 can continue to receive the benefits of the program. No action is necessary on their part.
