Help ensure Hispanic and Latino excellence is represented in the NAHREP Top 250.

Each June, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) releases its annual Top 250 Report, recognizing high-achieving Hispanic and Latino real estate agents and teams across the U.S.

In 2025, REMAX® earned its 11th consecutive year as the most highly represented brand in the NAHREP Top 250. To help continue this momentum, Hispanic and Latino agents are encouraged to nominate themselves, and broker/owners are encouraged to nominate their agents, for the 2026 NAHREP Top 250 survey.

Nomination deadline: February 28, 2026

Late submissions will not be accepted. Extensions will not be granted.

Cost: There is no cost to submit a nomination.

Eligibility at a Glance

To be eligible for the NAHREP Top 250, nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • Nominee must be at least 25% Hispanic/Latino origin
  • Rankings are based on closed transactions or sales volume from the previous calendar year
  • Gross Commission Income (GCI) must reflect a minimum 1% commission per transaction
  • Residential transactions only qualify
  • No commercial
  • No land or lots
  • No lease
  • No referral fees

Individual Agent vs Team Submissions

Individual Agent submissions reflect production attributed solely to the individual agent.

Team submissions reflect collective production for a formally established team and are evaluated separately.

All transactions submitted must clearly align with the nomination type selected.

Production Verification Required

NAHREP requires production verification for all nominations. Each submission must include:

  • An itemized list of transactions from the MLS or brokerage
  • Documentation supporting reported transaction count or volume
  • Agents may nominate themselves and others, provided appropriate verification is submitted for each nomination.

Additional Submission Materials

Nominees must also submit:

  • A professional headshot
  • A short agent bio

How to Nominate

Hispanic and Latino agents may submit self-nominations. Broker/owners may nominate eligible agents within their offices.
