This is the development level designed for agents and broker/owners who want to improve how they communicate, educate and share what they have learned in front of an audience. The focus is preparation, practice and feedback before visibility.
Requirements
- Open to eligible agents and broker/owners across the network. No invitation required. Application-based
- Application submission including a proposed topic and sample content (e.g., an article outline or 15-minute presentation script) for review
- Demonstrated interest in public speaking with an active commitment to improvement.
- Demonstrated sustained business performance
- Prior experience creating and delivering original content (such as articles, webinars or panel presentations)
- Active MAXEngage℠ profile with ongoing content participation
- Completion of required REMAX presentation and media training. A Speaker Training badge is issued in MAXEngage℠ upon completion and is required for level advancement
