In 2023, the RE/MAX national brand campaign introduced a trio of charming – yet misguided – conversationalists: DadSplain, MomSplain, and FriendSplain, who not only captivated audiences but showcased the value of actual expert advice when it comes to real estate.

This year, the bad advice continues with Strangersplain — a brand new spot that will continue to remind consumers that there is no better option for buying or selling than a RE/MAX real estate agent. Strangersplain, along with additional video spots is expected to garner 760+ million impressions Canada-wide from January to April. In other words, RE/MAX is set to take the storytelling to the next level.

Kyle Lowry is Back in 2024

That’s right, RE/MAX is running it back with former Raptor great and forever NBA champion Kyle Lowry. You will see this spot in a new light this spring with drop-ins during Raptors games, hitting fans while they’re engaged during the game. Complementing Hypesplain and Strangersplain, the highly-popular Dadsplain will continue its run into 2024.
